CARC reserves the right to cancel an event on short notice due to the following unforseen circumstances: facility closure (flood, electriciy failure etc.), terrorist threats, natural disasters, extreme inclement weather (-35 C with or without windchill, blizzards, freezing rain, etc.) We will endeavour to provide 24 hours notice.

Don’t wait to sign up for your favorite sessions! We have to decide whether or not to run sessions 7-10 days prior to the scheduled event. Don’t wait and be disappointed to see that the session has been cancelled!
