Registration Guidelines

  1. Tuesday at 10:00 am is the deadline for all sessions being held the following week.
  2. Payment by MasterCard or Visa (sorry, no purchase orders).
  3. Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the event details. Please email us at or phone us at (403) 348-8194 if you did not receive a confirmation email.

If you wish to re-purpose CARC intellectual property, expressed written constent must be provided, unless specified otherwise.


At CARC, protecting your personal information is a priority. Your payment information is collected on a secure Moneris payment page using 256 bit key High grade Encryption.We also use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate to protect any personal information transacted during the registration process.

At CARC, we do not sell or trade any information we may collect from you through registration of our learning opportunities.When you register for a learning opportunity, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. We use this information to register you and to communicate with you about your session.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations will be subject to a $25.00 fee (if applicable).

Request for cancellation must be received by email to prior to the registration deadline of the session in order to receive a partial refund.  No refunds will be provided after the registration deadline of the session.

GST is not applicable to CARC sessions.
