is an International Baccalaureate Programme Coordinator and workshop leader. With experience in public, international and independent schools as an educator, experiential learning director, instructional coach and consultant, Cheryl has also been a sessional instructor for B. Ed. students at St. Mary's University in Calgary. Specific areas of interest and experience include designing learning through a pedagogy of inquiry, concept based curriculum and instruction, student engaged assessment, and the development of international-mindedness and global perspectives.
Request for cancellation or refund must be received in writing (fax/email) at the CARC office a minimum of 7 FULL days prior to the event start, or registration fees will apply and refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend a session and unable to provide seven FULL days’ notice, please feel free to delegate an alternate to attend in your place. CARC also reserves the right to cancel an event within the 7 calendar days due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility closures, terrorist threats, natural disasters or extreme inclement weather (-35 C or colder). This self-paced course will be open from April 1 - May 31, 2019. To receive a certificate of completion, participants must complete course work during this time frame. Sorry, no extensions will be provided. Estimated time of completion of the full eCourse is approximately 10 hours. Total completion time will vary for individuals dependent on level of participation within the course.|
