Date(s):
Thursday, May 14, 2020 | 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Session Location:
Central Alberta Regional Consortium 8 Page Avenue, Red Deer, AB
About the Session:

How do administrative teams navigate the complexities of scheduling embedded collaborative time for teacher teams and interventions for students, while remaining mindful of the myriad of realities that impact scheduling? Once time is established, how can we ensure it is maximized for student learning and teacher collaboration? This session will focus on a variety of innovative ways to design an elementary timetable focused on school-wide supports for students and embedded collaborative time for teachers, as well as structures and processes to consider once that time is provided. A portion of the day will be spent brainstorming and supporting administrators in reviewing their own timetables and planning for the upcoming school year. Come ready to leave with some ideas to impact your master timetable for the upcoming school year!
