A healthy school culture is paramount. When there is commitment, ownership and intentionality toward establishing and growing a vibrant school culture, there’s very little that can’t be accomplished. Dr. Tarte firmly believes that in order to have the best student-centered learning environment, we first must have the best employee-centered working environment. His focus on developing and sustaining a positive culture is grounded in the importance of relationships, empathy, acknowledgment and compassion as the backbone to all successful schools.
