About this learning opportunity

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted? Do you ever wonder how everyone else is managing the pandemic?
If so, you are not alone.
If you are concerned about burnout and could use support in a safe and caring space, then this workshop is for you.
Each session is 60 minutes in length.

In this 3 part workshop, participants will:

  • Hear stories of other professionals in the education system and learn how the pandemic has impacted them personally and professionally
  • Be given time and space to reflect on your own story and how the pandemic has impacted you
  • Explore signs of burnout and what to watch out for
  • Learn simple, research-based strategies to help you manage stress

*Please note that participants will only share their thoughts and feelings if they feel comfortable.

This learning opportunity is being subsidized through funding from Alberta Education.
