The CARC is very pleased to announce the selection of a new Director who will join the Central Alberta Regional Consortium (CARC) team on August 15.
Diana White is the successful candidate to assume the role of Director for CARC.
Diana brings with her a strong educational background, having served Battle River School Division as a Director of Learning and Instruction. Diana’s background in curriculum implementation, facilitation of professional learning, and leadership at both the system and school level will serve her well in her new position as Director of the CARC.
Executive Director for ARPDC, Todd Robinson is very pleased to have been able to select a candidate with such a strong educational background. “The ARPDC is looking forward to welcoming Mrs. White to our team. Mrs. White is a leader who ensures stakeholders have a clear understanding of the vision for the work, permission to explore alternatives, a voice in determining strategies, and ownership in executing the plan. The CARC and ARPDC will benefit greatly from Mrs. White’s approach and extensive educational background.”
Mrs. White is very excited about the opportunity to serve the stakeholders of the CARC. “I am honoured to have this opportunity to come alongside school divisions and authorities in central Alberta in support of achieving their vision for student success. I look forward to seeing the many high-quality professional learning experiences that will be developed for the educational community across Zone 4 and throughout the province as a result of a collaborative and coordinated approach.”
